Welcome to the Strategic Scale newsletter. You might be wondering why I chose the name "Strategic Scale" for this newsletter.

Most people define scale as ramping up revenue faster than costs—surely a worthy goal. And yes, this newsletter can help you achieve that.

But I have a broader definition you may have never thought of. 
 

I define Strategic Scale as scaling trust.


As you probably know, people prefer to do business with those they know, like, and trust. To ensure the long-term success of your online business or author business, you need to establish trust even before any personal interaction takes place—and you need to do it fast.

Some business owners’s approach to building trust is to say, “Just trust me.” Or they believe it takes years to build trust. In this newsletter, you will find strategies that can expedite building trust tenfold or more so on the first point of contact your followers are considering doing business with you. 

All of this is based on what I learned throughout my 20+ years as a corporate banker managing over $1 billion, Big 4 consultant at 2 major firms, a dean's list MBA, and the last 13 years as an online business owner and author of over 30 books, working and studying across 4 countries and 3 continents. This might seem unusual, but even my time as a concert pianist at the very beginning of my adult life taught me some key lessons about building trust in business. You are welcome to read my story here.
